Shipping & Returns
Delivery costs will depend on your location and the weight of your order. The Lollyworld website will calculate these costs automatically for you. You can put together an order into your Shopping Cart and get a Estimate Shipping without going to the Checkout stage. This will allow you to add or remove items in relation to postage costs.
In the hotter months Chocolates should be shipped with Cool Protection for an additional $8.00. If you would like to add this to your order do so in the final stages of the check out. We highly recommend using this protection for Chocolate orders to ensure the quality of your sweets during delivery.
•Delivery times are approximate and do not include weekends.
•Orders received after 1.00pm will be shipped on the next business day, providing all products are in stock.
•Parcels shipped out by Lollyworld to Australian addresses will have online tracking and your email address will be used for this, so you will recieve emails notifying you of your parcels destination. They will require a signature by the addressee unless you advise authority to leave. This is at your own risk, as we cannot be responsible if this is the case and a parcel is lost.
•Orders are shipped as soon as payment has been received. Direct Deposit can take 1 to 3 days to be processed. Paypal echeque can take up to 5 days to be processed.
•In the case of items being out of stock you will be contacted and advised of the shortfall, usually by email. We can offer a similar product or refund the amount paid for the unavailable item, if you don't wish to wait for the item to be sent when in stock.
•Please keep an eye out for your parcel or a Calling Card in the letterbox. A Calling Card is left if the delivery could not be left safely at your address, please follow the instructions on the Calling Card. In some cases ID for proof of addressee will be required.
•Orders are shipped from our Brisbane store.
•If the delivery has not arrived in a reasonable time frame please contact us to check the tracking of your parcel or you can do so via the link you are sent in your tracking emails. Please give us an email address you check regularly.
•Most items from Lollyworld are price marked, if your items are to be given as gifts please advise us and we can leave out a receipt and remove the price label for you.

Express Post takes 1 to 3 days depending on location.
Regional areas may take an extra day. At the time of checkout our software will calculate an approximate delivery time frame for you.
No delivery times are guaranteed.
Please choose carefully as we cannot refund or accept returns for food products that differ in taste to your expectations.
If you receive damaged or faulty stock please keep the product and call us. We can determine whether to have it sent back for a replacement.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss any issues or refunds.
If you need to return an order due to change of mind or incorrect choice of lolly/colour then return delivery will be at your cost.
When we have received the returned item, we can refund for the product only.
