You can put together an order into your Shopping Cart and get a Postage Estimate without going to the Checkout stage. This will allow you to add or remove items in relation to postage costs.
Parcels shipped out by Lollyworld to Australian addresses will have online tracking and will require a signature by the addressee.
Orders are shipped as soon as payment has been received. In the case of items being out of stock you will be contacted and advised of the shortfall. We can offer a similar product or refund the amount paid for the unavailable item.
Please keep an eye out for your parcel or a pickup slip in the mail. A pick up slip is left if the delivery could not be left safely at your address and your parcel is awaiting you at your local Post Office. To pick up from the Post Office will require ID for proof of addressee.

Regional areas may take an extra day. At the time of checkout our software will calculate an approximate delivery time frame for you.
If the delivery has not arrived in this time please contact us to check the tracking of your parcel.
In the hotter months product will need to be shipped using our Cool Protection option offered at the time of checkout.
We highly recommend using this protection for Chocolate orders to ensure the quality of your sweets during delivery.
